1. About these terms

This website is operated by Miilex Construction Corp under the business name Miilex Chemicals, located at Unit 4, 21 Goodrich Road, Etobicoke, Ontario M8Z 6A3, Canada. By using the website, creating an account, submitting an enquiry or placing an order that Miilex accepts, you agree to these Terms of Use and the policies linked from them.

If you do not agree, do not use the website. Nothing in these terms limits a right or remedy that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

2. Eligibility and business authority

You must be legally capable of entering an agreement and must use the website only for lawful purposes. If you act for a company or other organization, you confirm that you have authority to act for it.

3. Product information and availability

We try to keep product names, package sizes, prices, images and availability accurate. Website content may contain an error or become outdated, and the appearance of a product does not guarantee that it remains available. Please review the product, quantity, price and delivery information before completing an order.

Website content is general product and storefront information. It is not professional, technical or application-specific advice. Contact Miilex if you need clarification before purchasing or using a product.

4. Enquiries, quotations and orders

An enquiry, quotation request, shopping-cart entry or automated acknowledgement is not acceptance of an order and does not reserve inventory. An order becomes binding only when Miilex confirms acceptance or dispatch, subject to any non-excludable rights under applicable law.

Miilex may contact you to correct information, confirm quantity or delivery details, or decline or cancel an order before acceptance. If payment was already collected for an order we cannot accept, it will be refunded.

5. Prices, taxes and payment

Prices are shown in Canadian dollars unless marked otherwise. Shipping charges and applicable taxes are additional and should be reviewed before an order is finalized. Miilex may correct a clear pricing or calculation error before accepting an order.

The accepted payment method is identified at checkout. Interac e-Transfer orders remain Pending until Miilex confirms receipt and accepts the order. Do not send payment-card details through a general enquiry form or email.

6. Direct checkout, Amazon and bulk enquiries

The website may offer more than one purchasing path:

• Direct checkout: governed by these terms and the Miilex policies shown on this website.
• Amazon.ca: an external purchasing option governed by Amazon’s checkout terms, policies and order records. Prices, availability, shipping and promotions on Amazon may differ from this website.
• Bulk or business enquiry: a request for information or quotation. Additional written terms may apply to an accepted quotation or business order.

7. Shipping, returns and privacy

Our Shipping Policy, Returns & Refunds Policy and Privacy Policy form part of these terms where applicable.

8. Acceptable use

You must not:

• use the website for unlawful, fraudulent or abusive activity;
• interfere with website security, availability or another user’s access;
• attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems or data;
• submit malware, automated spam or misleading information;
• scrape or copy substantial website content for commercial republication without permission; or
• use Miilex names, branding or content in a way that falsely suggests endorsement or affiliation.

9. Accounts

You are responsible for accurate account information, maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and activity carried out through your account. Notify Miilex promptly if you believe an account has been accessed without authorization. We may suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect the website, customers or Miilex.

The website design, Miilex branding, original text, graphics and other Miilex-created content are owned by or licensed to Miilex and are protected by applicable law. You may view and print reasonable portions for personal or internal business purchasing purposes. No other licence is granted.

Third-party names, product marks and content remain the property of their respective owners.

11. External services and links

Links to Amazon, carriers and other external services are provided for convenience. External services operate under their own terms and privacy practices. Miilex is not responsible for an external website’s availability, security or content.

12. Website availability and responsibility

We aim to keep the website accurate and available but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free access. To the extent permitted by law, Miilex is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss caused solely by website interruption, misuse of the website or reliance on outdated general website content.

Nothing in these terms excludes responsibility for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any warranty, condition, consumer right or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, without limiting any mandatory consumer protection that applies based on your location.

Miilex may update these terms as the storefront changes. The current version will be posted here with its effective date. Changes apply prospectively unless applicable law requires otherwise.
